Bacopa caroliniana grows in neat pairs of thick, fleshy, rounded leaves along upright stems, giving it a clean, structured look that works in both loose natural scapes and more formal layouts. Strong lighting brings out a warm reddish tint on the stems and leaf undersides.
It tolerates a wide range of water conditions and is forgiving enough to recommend for a first background plant in a new tank. Growth is slow enough that it rarely needs trimming, but steady enough that you'll notice it filling in over the weeks.
Sold as a stem bundle of 3–5 stems.

Notes
Stems are fairly brittle and can snap during shipping or planting — a loose stem or two is normal and roots easily from cuttings. Lower leaves may drop after transplanting; this is normal stress and new growth continues from the tips.
