Cave Wonders

A hand-selected cave-form driftwood piece, prized for the natural tunnels and hollows shaped entirely by water and time.

Each Cave Wonders piece is collected, sanitized, and prepared in-house at The Aquatic Garage. Its arched, hollow structure makes it one of the most functional driftwood forms available — doubling as a natural hardscape centerpiece and a ready-made shelter for shrimp, fry, and cave-dwelling fish.

What to expect in your tank

Like most driftwood, Cave Wonders will release tannins upon submersion, gently softening water and lending a warm amber tint — a natural, harmless process many aquascapers seek out deliberately. For clearer water, a period of boiling or soaking will reduce tannin release before placement. Expect the piece to sink within one to two weeks as it fully saturates.
