Dwarf Sagittaria is one of the best and most beginner-friendly foreground and carpeting plants in the freshwater aquarium hobby. Its narrow, grass-like leaves stay compact under lower light and spread steadily across the foreground via runners — creating a lush, natural lawn effect with minimal maintenance.

Unlike many carpeting plants, Dwarf Sagittaria is extremely tolerant of a wide range of water conditions and does not require CO₂ injection to carpet successfully. It is an excellent alternative to Dwarf Hairgrass for hobbyists who want a grassy foreground in a low-tech setup.

Sold as a potted plant.
