Glowlight Tetras are a beautiful and underappreciated schooling fish, named for the vivid copper-orange stripe that runs from nose to tail, glowing like an ember when lit from the side. Their translucent bodies with a reflective lateral line create a lantern-like effect in a large school.
Hardy, peaceful, and easy to keep, Glowlight Tetras are an excellent choice for planted community tanks. They are compatible with most small, peaceful fish and are a great companion for Corydoras, rasboras, and dwarf cichlids.
